  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Hypecase reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

5. Orders & Contract

Placing an order on Hypecase constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s). An order is confirmed only after:

  • We send you an Order Confirmation email or notification.
  • Payment is successfully received (for prepaid orders).

Hypecase reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Net Banking
  • Razorpay Wallet
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — where available

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Hypecase does not store your card details. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Key points:

  • We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • Hypecase is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Warranty

All products sold on Hypecase carry the manufacturer's official warranty. Hypecase does not provide any additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be directed to the respective brand's authorised service centres.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and graphics — is the property of Hypecase or its respective owners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:
